Kingstone Press Flying the Flag for Kingstone Press

We helped Kingstone Press support their sponsorship as the Principal Partner of the England team, getting fans even closer to the England team as they trained for the Four Nations.

We ran a online competition on behalf of Kingstone Press for fans to win their England Call – Up. The entry mechanic was a Rugby League face muddle of England Legends, where we simply asked users to name the four players for your chance to win!

We invited eight the competition winners and their guests to attend a training day with the England team in the build up to the Four Nations, throughout the day they took on challenges to earn points to win four VIP tickets to watch England take on Scotland at the Ricoh Arena double header.

After watching the day’s training session and meeting former Great Britain Captains and Man of Steel winners, Paul Wellens and Paul Sculthorpe, the winners were paired up with one of the squad to take on the Juice Bike Challenge. While the players pressed the apples using our juice bike, the winners answered questions to try and make the highest combined score to give them the best possible chance of claiming the VIP tickets.

Following this we treated the winners to a training session with Kevin Sinfield, former Leeds and England captain who gave the fans an insight into what a Rugby League training session is like, taking them through a warm up and a kicking and passing drill. He finished the session by showing them the secrets to his kicking.
