We were approached by Totally Tipi to find a strategy and creative identity that would redefine the company within the competitive wedding and events industry.
Our answer was simple – to identify a unique positioning that would stand the brand apart from any of its competitors by understanding and delivering against the needs of its audience.
Where Happy Happens
We conducted thorough research of their competitors and their prospective audiences, creating for the first time customer profiles which helped us to shape Totally Tipi’s offering based on what their audience was looking for.
This understanding helped us to arrive at a singular proposition for the brand, which hung on Totally Tipi selling a feeling instead of a space. And so the tagline “Where Happy Happens” was born.

With the brand ethos under our belt, we set about bringing to life the brand across a range of marketing collateral.
Utilising bespoke hand drawn illustrations with Scandinavian influences and a nod to nature, which drew on the heritage of the teepees themselves, we crafted a brand identity of charm and whimsy.
The visual identity was steered by Totally Tipi’s brand ethos to help their customers tell their story with an event they will never forget. And just as their goal was to create memorable experiences for their customers, such was our goal for our customer.
