The role

As a Digital Account Executive at Banana Kick, your main duties will be to work alongside the wider Client Services team to specifically develop and manage digital marketing initiatives for our clients, and help them to achieve their marketing goals from increasing online presence, to amplification of real-world consumer experiences or launching products into new markets.


Your role will be extremely important in delivering campaign success, client satisfaction and ultimately, loyalty.


Working with

  • Digital Account Manager, Account Management teams, Creative teams and Senior Management
  • Finance/Accounts
  • External Suppliers, including designers, developers, artworkers, copywriters and illustrators.
  • Head of Creative Services


Responsible for

  • Implementing and managing digital strategies for clients and campaigns 
  • Planning and managing timing schedules
  • Pulling together briefs for creative, design, web and content teams
  • Sourcing quotations and producing estimates
  • Negotiating with external suppliers
  • Helping to define, and always working towards client/campaign objectives
  • Planning & optimising digital content in order to improve online performance
  • Presenting and delivering on social media strategies as part of wider multichannel campaigns
  • Helping to define digital KPIs for client campaigns
  • Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Financial management of digital aspects of client campaigns and projects
  • Keeping abreast with new trends in digital technology and sharing this with the wider team
  • Management of the agency website, case study production and social channels
  • Managing client social channels, WordPress sites and paid ad campaigns 
  • Assisting with website design and development projects 
  • Helping to manage the development of apps including augmented reality and games
  • Email marketing campaigns 
  • Building strong relationships with client



Experience and knowledge of:


  • CMS software, ie – WordPress
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Knowledge of paid media channels across Facebook and Google Display Network 
  • Experience in using Mailchimp 
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field
