We faced a bit of a hurdle following some unexpected snow throughout March, but we are proud to announce that Leeds’ first Business of Sport Forum, Game Changers, will take place on the rescheduled date: Thursday 17th May 2018.
What To Expect?
The venture comes from a joint partnership with The Business Desk and LeedsBID and was born from a dedication to bring unique insight from sports and business leaders to Yorkshire and the industry’s future game changers.
Who Will Be There?
Guest speakers from around the world include the inspirational endurance athlete, Sophie Radcliffe. As an adventurer, blogger and speaker, Sophie is the only person to have cycled between and then climbed the highest mountains in eight Alpine countries. That equates to climbing five times the height of Everest in 32 days!
Hear Sophie talk passionately about her journey to achieving extraordinary things and why she is championing you to do the same at Aspire, Leeds on Thursday 17th May, from 12pm.
The event will be hosted by Gary Hetherington, Chief Executive of the Leeds Rhinos Rugby League Club.
Gary will join other guest speakers;
- Jon Dutton – Chief Executive of the Rugby League World Cup 2021
- Richard Brinkman – Commercial Director at global marketing agency Nielsen Sports
- Matthew Johnson – Titleist Golf Brand Director
- Jonathan Rigby– Commercial Director British Cycling
- Peter Dodd – Commercial Director of Welcome to Yorkshire
