Resorts World Birmingham houses 50 outlet shops, 18 bars and restaurants, a 147 room 4-star hotel with 5-star presidential suites, a spa, an 11-screen IMAX cinema, conferencing facilities and Europe’s first Resort Casino.
There from the start
When we got involved the site was nothing more than a field.
Since 2013, we’ve enjoyed a close partnership with the Resorts World Birmingham team – helping them deliver the first Resorts World in Europe, and we’re thrilled to continue our partnership.
From the ground breaking to launch and everything in between, we’ve developed and delivered many of the concepts within Resorts World Birmingham.
Creating memorable brands and F&B concepts
Our task was always to create compelling and engaging reasons for customers to come and experience the Resorts World offering.
We created eight new bar, restaurant, hotel and spa brands to give a range of customers an individual choice and reason to visit. The assets we developed (including menus, online assets, in-room materials, POS and even team uniforms) ensured the brand promise for each was carried through to the final customer experience, a memorable visit.
We developed brand work and concepts for: The Genting Hotel; the luxurious Santai Spa; Genting International Casino; New York-inspired bar and lounge, Highline; the ultimate craft beer experience, The World Bar; and the eclectic European, Australasian and Pan-Asian inspired restaurant, Robata Bar & Grill.
Giving customers a world of reasons to visit
Following the launch, it was vital to ensure that we kept giving customers plenty of reasons to visit. This was achieved through the development of a programme of events, key calendar dates and tactical promotions and product launches.
