Part of the multinational Genting Group, Genting Casinos UK asked us to apply our years of industry knowledge and expertise to helping them achieve their aims – to create memorable gaming experiences for their customers and, at the same time, keep them coming back for more.

Over the 6 years we have worked with Genting there isn’t much we haven’t done for them.

From rebranding their UK network of casinos to creating and delivering their seasonal campaigns, developing consumer-focused propositions for their many innovative product offerings and launching them across in-casino and online channels we’ve been a key partner in their growth as a leisure brand in the UK.

A night to remember

A casino launch should provide excitement, glamour and a sense of occasion. We delivered it in spades launching the Genting casino in Sheffield. With a pre-launch programme that ensured a full house, a lavish launch event and a star-studded guest list, it was an unforgettable night.

National initiatives delivered personally

Blackjack Aces, Premier Class and Hot for Slots were national initiatives that saw our team travel across the UK delivering the roll out. We developed customer focused propositions and campaigns we knew would deliver a great customer experience. We then personally made sure these were delivered.

A rewarding experience

Our industry expertise was also called upon when working on the roll out of Genting’s new Rewards programme. We made sure the customer understood the Rewards journey and the value it offered – again delivering a great experience for them. Who doesn’t like free stuff?

Aston Villa – sharing the passion

The most successful sponsorships position the sponsor as ‘one of the fans’ – understanding their passion and sharing it.

Sponsorship should never just be a logo on a perimeter board.

When Genting announced their sponsorship of Aston Villa, they tasked us with maximising the potential of the deal.

Villa Moments was our answer – delivering money-can’t-buy experiences, memorable fan activations at games and reasons for fans to trial Genting’s offering. Villa Moments very quickly become a fan favourite.
